Individual Counseling

Individual therapy provides a client with the opportunity of working collaboratively with a skilled and appropriately trained mental health professional.  The therapist should provide a safe, confidential and positive environment which provides the client the necessary circumstances to address and focus on their challenging issues, behaviors, beliefs, etc.  Individual therapy can also aid the client in identifying areas for personal change and growth, to set identified goals, and the opportunity to gain a better understanding of themselves and others.
